"I am extremely unhappy. The taxi did not tuen up. Luckily we had taken our luggage to the airport last night so we didn’t have any cases. We ended up having to get an Uber which cost us an extra £50.
I have sent a message to you but if somebody could contact me ASAP I would appreciate it. I am now concerned they will not collect us next week! "
