The taxi driver never arrived at the arrival gate to meet us so after half an hour we went and looked for the taxi, and were unable to find the car assigned to us. I then rang the number in the confirmation email and had no response. We had to pay to go with another taxi company as we were let down by our taxi driver."

"- Driver was late 22 minutes. - When I called upon arrival, he said he was 7 minutes away (a lie). - Called again after 7 minutes, he said he was 1 minute away (another lie). - He asked me to go and meet him outside. It was late and cold. Waiting there was not great. - The car expected was an executive E class Mercedes as described when I booked, and I paid for an upgrade to get that car. I had a minivan. Not what I expected. - No apology for the late arrival from the driver. - He spent all the journey on his phone non-stop. This is not safe by all driving standards. Not acceptable. Needless to say, I was not happy. What I expect: a written apology + a promise that this will get the attention of the management of this company + a partial if not full reimbursement. Thank you. "I have been charged twice for this journey and I am waiting for a refund. We were collected on time and in comfort although the speed was a little fast at times, overall okay."
"Driving was a little fast but overall journey was okay. Unfortunately I have been overcharged for this trip. The original quote was for £469 + £1.50 sms text fee. I have paid two instalments of £118.25, one instalment of £376.50 and a deposit of £94. I am waiting or this to be rectified."

"You would nt cancel the initial pick up despite my calling 4 times from 1030 on the 25th of June as we were only told by easy jet that the flight was cancelled at that time. Your employee who I eventually spoke to after 4 attempts was less than helpful and very rude to me. The driver who collected us was very professional. Despite this we will never ever use your agency again. £75.00 waisted and the taxi was not even on its way."

"My pick up was from Bristol Airport at 1.35am. The flight was delayed by one hour. When my father called to inform the driver he said that he could not make it one hour later as he had another ride. Thankfully he managed to accommodate us, but since it was a pick up from the airport and the driver knew the flight number, it should not be necessary to call to inform about the delay, and definitely the client should not be put in the position of not being served. What would have happened if my father had not called?"

"I asked for the taxi an hour after the flight was due to land ie 1445. I had given the flight no and ETA of 1345. We were half an hour early landing. I would have thought the driver would have checked the estimated and actual times of arrival and replanned accordingly. I gave him a tip for helping carry luggage"

Asked us to go to the pick up point, he was not there and we then had to stand in the rain for 10 minutes. Once we where in the taxi, he didn’t know where the destination was and sat on a phone call the entire way. "

This first taxi arrived to the right location early but the second taxi arrived half an hour late meaning half our group arrived at the destination early and the other half late causing issues with a prebooked activity. The journey back was booked for a 00:30 however we called to ask to make this earlier to which the taxis came then so this was good except one taxi stopped for fuel on the return journey which seemed unnecessary. Overall very disappointed with the journey there and the fact we did not receive the size taxi booked but pleased with the flexibility of moving the return journey earlier. "

I called the designated company who said 'not our problem'. they have told you the job was completed. it wasn't because the flight was cancelled until Saturday 19th Feb. I am waiting for a refund."
