"Our driver was AMAZING. So patient while WE held him up. Telephoned as asked and gave clear instruction on how to find him. He showed no upset or hint at any inconvenience that we had caused him. He made us completely at ease ( me + 16yr old daughter ) Asking about our eve, whether we needed to eat or drink, if the temperature was ok etc. He was a careful driver ( he didn't know that I am a nervous passenger ), I didn't slam my foot on the 'imaginary' break once ! This chap is a star. Hold onto him ! Ps Already tipped and would do so again. Great service, thank you"
